When I first ordered this, I got an email a few days later saying "order canceled per customer". When I contacted customer service, they apologized for the misunderstanding, and that they don't ship to Hawaii, so the computer auto-canceled my order. After some work-around, they gave me a discount and I shipped it to my family on mainland, who then shipped it to me. When I received my products, I was impressed with the quality and detail. The desk mat is HUGE, and makes my desk pop with color. Unfortunately, the keycaps did not live up to the same standards. I have a Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard, and the keys should match up perfectly. But for some reason, at least 10 of the keys stick when pressed down. The spacebar key also does not line up properly with the guides (I tried both spacebars provided). And the RGB, even when turned down to 30%, bleed through the caps, since they are white plastic instead of black.
